Very nice hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. We had 2 rooms for 4 nights, and found the rooms to be comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Storage for clothing was good too. We loved our little Juliette balcony. Very cute and we had a nice view of the streets around us. Nice area where we stayed too. Old world charm with a French accent. Thank you for a lovely stay.

What a wonderful place to stay! The staff was always so friendly and helpful, rooms were perfectly made. We were there during the Paris “heat wave” and the hotel was comfortable and always offered plenty of water! The breakfast staff and front desk staff were always so friendly, polite and helpful!

Just the right place. Great location, efficient and helpful staff, comfortable room, well appointed public spaces, enjoyable breakfast room. Would highly recommend. Would love to return.

This was a truly excellent hotel. The staff was perfect. They were so professional and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely. The location was great. I had special memories created here with my family. I would highly recommend this hotel !

Everything was excellent except that I was unlucky to drop by when there was a “cannicule”. The Air conditioner was at its maximum and still was barely sufficient to make the room get colder. The shampoo holder near the shower was also greenish in the room 608 where I stayed so it would be advisable to clean it with vinegar or something else that can remove this greenish color. Otherwise the staff were all wonderful: very welcoming and kind.

Perfect location to have a walk through all the main sites of Paris! Friendly staff, clean rooms. The only issue is breakfast - good, but very modest choice.

Bathroom curtine smell weird, cheap plastic. Difficult to charge phones and iPads when power master was off. Breakfast options were just a few and same during the stay. Beds and pillows can be improved. Air conditioning did not have enough airflow to cool down both rooms efficiently. The lobby was always very hot, at least put some fans. Your hotel is beautiful and we certainly could come back. Paris and its people are wonderful. Thanks for a beautiful experience.

Our room, 506, is in need of a facelift. The walls on either side of the bed are dented.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the Hotel Pont Royal. The only thing better than the hotel and its location was the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Tres Bonne!

We were very impressed with the beautiful hotel, in a great location with reasonable price. The breakfast each morning was fantastic, the front desk people were so helpful and kind. Our room was comfortable and cozy. This is a hotel we would return to!

Great Staff, nice room, however I did pay in advance for a room with a view of the eiffel tower and frankly, you had to lean over the rail to see it. Misleading! Also, not your problem, but you called a cab for me to go get my rental car and the driver was very rude. He seemed upset that he had to take me. He drove fast and reckless and was yelling in arabic most of the way. Then he demanded cash and charged me 20 euros for a cab ride to Avis in Gare Hall Pasteur, Montpamasse. I would recommend your hotel!!

The front desk and concierge services was excellent! I left our passports in the safe after we had checked out and the front desk was great in helping me get the passports back. The front desk attendants were friendly and very accommodating. The concierge service was very good and knowledgeable with suggestions. I would stay at this hotel again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pont Royal. Everything was top shelf, room, meals and service staff. In particular, Anne Lauree was quite pleasant and very helpful. I don't think we will return to Paris but your hotel made our visit very enjoyable. Au Revoire and Merci Beaucoup

All of the hotel staff we dealt with were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations .Room quality and service were excellent. Location is great with easy access to Musee d'Orsay and the Louvre.

The Hotel Pont Royal was everything I wanted and more. The location was fantastic, staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was so comfortable and nice. I loved my stay here and look forward to returning in the future.

Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre 701 c'est une belle chambre avec une vue extraordinaire le seul bémol et une fissure du plafond jusqu'au sol à l'arrière de la tête de lit ainsi qu'un trou dans le mur qui aurait pu être dissimulé par un cadre même si la réparation de plâtre a été fait c'est un peu dommage sinon vous avez un super d'établissement effectivement

Un très bon séjour au sein de votre établissement avec un personnel aux petits soins. Accueil chaleureux et attentif. Gentillesse au bar Des chambres agréables bien qu un peu petites mais ce sont les standards parisiens. Un excellent séjour à un prix raisonnable. Un hôtel dans lequel je reviendrai avec plaisir

Belle hôtel très bien situé,on y déguste de très bons cocktails en prime juste à côté d’un deux étoiles.

Tout était parfait de l'accueil téléphonique à notre départ, c'est un établissement que je recommande les yeux fermés.
