We have put in place this protocol and recommendations in order to guarantee you a peaceful and serene stay. We rigorously follow and apply the sanitary recommendations of the Ministry of Health. We follow closely the evolution of this virus and will regularly update this protocol.

All employees are familiar with this protocol and have to follow all the guidelines.
Employees that show symptoms (fever, a cold) will not come to work. We stimulate our employees that can work from home, to do so.
We expect our guests to wash or disinfect their hands as soon as they enter our premises. Disinfection points are available in all the common areas. Employees will frequently wash their hands following the recommendation of the health department.
We recommend that all our employees and guests wear masks in the hotel.
We recommend a maximum of 2 people at the same time to use our facilities.
Our staff will be always available and clean surfaces frequently in the public areas.
We recommend 2 people at a time in each elevator. The elevators will be disinfected regularly.
We kindly ask our guests to fulfil payments by debit or credit card.
We reserve the right to limit the number of guests in enclosed areas. Please respect and follow the recommendations of our staff.
Guests are expected to disinfect their hands at the entrance before taking place at their table.
All restaurant/bar employees will be required to wash their hands regularly, in line with the guidelines as set out by the health department.
We recommend that all our employees and guests wear masks in the hotel.
Surfaces and menus will be disinfected after each use.
Room service will continue to be provided following a strict protocol.
At check-out, the guest will hand in the key in the appropriate bin. All keys will be disinfected accordingly.
The frequency of cleaning the reception desk and the lobby is increased.

Rooms are thoroughly cleaned, following the government health department guidelines. All contact surfaces will be disinfected after each stay and the rooms will be pulled our inventory for minimum 24 hours when possible
The bed linen, towels, curtains, work clothes of our employees are cleaned at high temperature.
We have developed a partnership with the emblematic gym ''Champion Spirit'', located 5 minutes from the hotel, at 14 boulevard Raspail, in the heart of the Beau Passage. Daily passes are available upon request at the reception desk at a preferential rate of 40€ per day.
