Discover or rediscover the creations of Chef Carl Marletti, who loves pastries that combine flavors and textures. Inspired by his grandfather, a Pastry Chef and baker, Carl Marletti began his career with Lenôtre and apprenticed with Potel et Chabot. He then joined the Grand Hôtel Intercontinental as Head Pastry Chef at its famous Café de La Paix Brasserie on Place de l'Opéra. Fourteen years later, he left everything behind to offer original creations in a place of his own. Carl Marletti was named Best Pastry Chef of the Year in 2009, and some of his creations, which you will find on the Tea-Time menu (Tarte au Citron, Millefeuille and Fraisier), won awards from Figaroscope (french media).
